Returns & Refunds

To make sure everything gets back to us safely and promptly, you cover postage costs to return an item. We recommend you keep proof of postage when you send your item(s) back to us, please remember to include your full details so we can find your order on our system.

When you request a refund, we will refund the amount you paid using your original payment method. You should expect to receive the refund within 10 days of the item being received.

You have 28 days after date of purchase to return your items to us.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded. We aim to process the refund within 3-8 working days of receiving your parcel. This does not affect your statutory rights.
